THE MATEVILYA COLLECTION SUMMER 19 LAUNCH EVENT
The SUMMER 2019 Matevilya Collection Preview and Dinner Launch took place at the Eveleigh in West Hollywood. Where top fashion editors, influencers, models/actresses, and celeb stylists all flocked to the dreamy event wearing never seen pieces from the SUMMER 19 Collection. The Matevilya Collection is a nostalgic capstone inspired by the earth’s natural tones; clay, turquoise, lilac and marigold hues. The hand embroidered organic cotton eyelets, sand washed silks, and delicate chiffon fabrics create the aesthetic of the Matevilya Collection.

The intimate event was co-hosted by Italian actress Marta Pozzan, who was one of the first influencers to be dressed in SAINT MOJAVI last wear at Coachella. Both Marta Pozzan and the designer Teresa Pinedo were in attendance at the event wearing S. Mojavi! The dynamic duo created the ultimate SAINT MOJAVI escape in the heart of West Hollywood for all guest in attendance.
" I wanted the guest to walk into this exotic tropical fantasy world, where Tulum meets the Desert with a splash of Moroccan vibes", shared Teresa designer of SAINT MOJAVI.
Teresa Pinedo is featured wearing the Linen Tunic set, while Marta Pozzan is wearing the Maharaja Wrap dress in Marigold.
The candle lite table was decorated with stunning exotic flowers such as; anthuriums, bird of paradise and white orchids to name a few. Palo Santo & Selentine made for a harmonized plate decor for guest to take home, as well as the Clemence Hobo Handbag from the S19 Collection. Detailed with custom embroidered Saint Mojavi napkins designed from the Retro Gingham Collection fabric was just glimpse of how detailed this event really was!
So what does Matevilya mean? Matevilya is a mythical God that the Mojavi tribe believed to be the creator of all living things on this earth. This collection is a surreal reflection inspired by mother nature which transpired through each design.
“There is inspiration all around us and in everything that we do on a daily basis, but it takes something within us to see it and become inspired to create.” shares Teresa.
